A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
In Little Repair Shop you will receive requests from customers who will ask you to repair their beloved consoles.
After accepting the request, the order will arrive at your desk and the process can begin!
What you repair also becomes part of your collection and can be customized with new colors, patterns and stickers.
The game features a cozy and relaxing experience: take care of consoles and make them unique to create the perfect collection.

This is such a healing experience considering i MURDERED my 3ds when i was tryna repair it irl.... I still have the parts in a bag so I can hopefully reassemble it someday
hehehe my first attempts at repairing/modding old consoles went... pretty much the same lol I'm sure you will make it!
It doesn't work for me. i try to download but it says something is missing. does anyone in windows also have this problem?
Hey! Did you unzip the folder? If not unzipped it will show you this error
I installed this game via the itch.io app and the only compressed file I could find was a gz(ip) file with the file manifest in it having gotten this error (except that only the C++ Runtime was missing) - I'm not surprised as I have DirectX installed and given the dozens of games I have played on this machine I also have just shy of a dozen MS Visual C++ runtimes installed so either your one is very old (I've everything more recent, 32 and 64-bit) or the ones already installed are not being checked... this is an issue because there is a limit to the number of times I want this single library installed, thank you (especially since nothing is kind enough to uninstall it once they are done with it :( - least of all MS :( :(
As a quick fix I would recommend is downloading the game from the site instead than using the app! If you do that you should find a folder that, once unzipped, presents the .exe and 2 folders (picture below):
In the meantime me and one of the progs are trying to wrap our head around what happens when using the itch.io app- it's the first time we're hearing of something like this, so we're sorry for the inconvenience!
No problem, thank you for the workaround and apologies... it seems that the app is not so popular though it is pretty useful for my gaming needs! (I guess a lot of devs might not find it so useful? But for me it is a better version of Steam! :D - faster, simpler and with a better selection of good games ;)

Hey there! I had so much fun with your game. The atmosphere and overall color choice is so soothing. I loved the simplified but noticeable attention to detail when it comes to fixing consoles. I may have encountered a few bugs but it also may have been user error. Either way, I hope you don't mind but I made a Let's Play of my experience with your game. I can't wait to see more. 😄

Very cute and fun game! I ran into some bugs that made it impossible to finish the level twice and the screwdriving often took very long since the animation has to finish, but honestly they didn't spoil my experience in the long run :)

my mac version is 11.7.10 but it said I need version 12.0.00 or more to play

The game is really soothing, and I really like the vibe ^^. It reminds me of games like A Little to the Left.
I do have a few minor criticisms, of course. For example, the to-do list should be in order, at least for the tutorial. Additionally, there should be the ability to add or change elements in the manual.
I also encountered a major bug that crashed my game. When I removed the cover where the battery was, dismantled everything, and then put it back, I was able to place the new battery on top of the old one. When I pressed R, it just crashed. Maybe there should be a visual effect when you have the old battery.
On the Game Joy, I was able to stack two chips on top of each other as well.
It's a shame about all these crashes because the game is really good, and I would have liked to see more of it. But overall, it's really well done.

I love this game, its so fun to play and really satisfying!!
Sadly I wasn't able to finish the last repair since it kept crashing while I was midway through with a pop-up saying "there was a fatal error!" which was kinda annoying but i'm hopeful that it'll get fixed in the future! 10/10 experience :D
